What exactly are Microgreens?

Microgreens are young fruits, vegetables, and flower greens harvested just after the first true leaves develop. They’re packed with nutrients, flavor, and freshness — making them a popular choice for salads, sandwiches, and smoothies.

How fresh are your Microgreens?

All of our microgreens are harvested within 24 hours of your order and delivered fresh to ensure maximum nutrition and taste.

How do you grow your Micgrogreens?

We grow all of our microgreens using organic methods, with no chemicals, pesticides, or GMOs — just clean, nutrient-rich goodness!

Where do you deliver?

We currently serve Las Vegas, NM and surrounding areas. Pickup and local delivery options are available at checkout.

How long do microgreens last?

Stored properly in the fridge, our microgreens can stay fresh for up to 7–10 days. Keep them in their original container and avoid excess moisture for best results.

Do you sell wholesale or to restaurants?

Our Carrot Family ♥

It's a carrot family! We grow great-tasting carrots. They are not too hard to grow. Germination takes a while. Deep soil free of rocks is best.

Squash Blossom Awesomeness!

Squash blossoms are attractive and a culinary delicacy! They are often stuffed with cheese, fried, or roasted. Squash is easy to grow and very tasty

Diamond in the Spud

Harvesting potatoes is like a treasure hunt! Our harvest was not the quantity we hoped for but they tasted great!

Lettuce All Year-Round

Lettuce is so much fun to grow. It is not nearly as hard as many people think. The warmer areas of New Mexico can grow it outdoors all winter.

Corn Off The Stalk

We had great corn. Nice, sweet kernels. We have seeds for two edible and two ornamentals. Looking forward to it!

Warm Weather Veggies

Our warm weather veggies did really good in 2021! Patience is a virtue with warm-weather crops. Planting too early is a common mistake.
